EC Project “The return of women to the labour market – training program for unemployed women” was intended for unemployed women between 35 to 55 years of age from Belgrade, who wanted to return to the labour market, improve their work quality and their professions. They attended a general business course in the form of a 5-week training programme, after which they were given the option of choosing a 3-week specialised course – Social services training or Tourism agent and broker training. Upon completion of the programme, meetings were organised with employers from within these two sectors. For each group of 60 participants, the programme lasted two months. Three programmes were held in total, with the attendance of 180 participants.
